Vision

The secret to my own HAPPINESS has been to Spare No Effort in doing what I love to for as long as I can do it.  I Make Every Effort to achieve this at every cost. I am the only PARAMETER I have CONTROL over. Whatever I consider important and an engine for personal growth, I pursue it without consideration to anything or anyone around me. I need to be ruthless at this because if not, I will end up being ruthlessly exploited instead. 

After over 30 years of personal experience as a doctor and athlete, combined with research in endocrinology, metabolism, and sport science, I CONSIDER the correct approach to health, longevity, body recomposition and fitness performance to be a genetically appropriate nutrition plan coupled with genetically apposite daily physical activity and adequate sleep. These are the 3 indispensable pillars of my lifestyle, all supporting a healthy brain and body. The essence of the plan is that it becomes PERSONALIZED through genetic science thereby transgressing the geneRic plans you usually get when you visit amateurs in the field. I ACCEPT no excuses in applying the above and so should you too, should you wish success. Abandon all excuses, relinquish procrastination. 

QUIT Smoking and Alcohol because they UNDO everything you do. AVOID all ultra-processed foods you see all around you that only have profits in mind. Fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts, and dairy, fermented foods, fish, and extra virgin olive oil are some of the foods that you should consume. REALIZE once and for all that no one cares about you or your health. No one. Nature usually takes good care of us for the first 50 years of our life if combined with a prudent approach in nutrition and exercise. Most don’t eat correctly of exercise regularly though and realize that the expensive cosmetics or supplements they used haven’t made any difference whatsoever. You have been DUPED. Straddling over 50 and comprehending the lonely trip ahead, you will need to rely solely on yourself and on a solid and genetically appropriate exercise routine if you are to avoid loss of muscle mass (sarcopenia), strength and endurance, coordination and balance, flexibility and mobility, bone strength and cardiovascular and respiratory function (VO2max decline). Use it or lose it, indeed. A sedentary lifestyle will inevitably push your body towards decline and chronic disease. You need to FIGHT DECLINE.

Relating back to the top paragraph, ahead of the 3 pillars of nutrition, exercise, and sleep-along with smoking and alcohol ban, you will need MOTIVATION in everything you do, attitude, and perspective to attain your goals to a long, healthy fulfilling and meaningful life. Motivation is finite, especially in the face of failure. Success, in turn increases motivation. Why would you follow generic programs that do not consider Your genetic UNIQUENESS? 
Be ready as I am, to UPDATE knowledge as it happens, adjust to new ideas and reappraise your path swiftly. An empathic and equally attentive partner is important but ultimately, you are ALONE in this. 
Do understand this and act accordingly. Your Wealth is meaningless if Health is not a part of it. You are gullible and the prey of marketers if you believe you can buy Health. What your money can buy you is Guidance. The path is to be walked alone. 
The earlier You start and the more accountable You hold Yourself the more successful You will be.

Without basic knowledge and understanding of nutrition and exercise science you will be an easy prey to unscrupulous marketers. Learn the importance of knowing how much and what to eat. Understand the frequency and type of exercise needed. Perceive your genetic uniqueness in every aspect of your Life.

Knowledge is indestructible and your only defense. Any process that perpetuates ignorance is an premeditated effort to deceive you.

The only parameter you can control is your behavior and your actions. Behavior controls environment. Environment breeds habits. Habits lead to discipline. Discipline creates success. Sometimes punishment is necessary to make discipline the easy choice.

Defend what You Have. Your hard earned physical and intellectual resources are your only assets. Those are the basis on which you will build on. They need to be safeguarded and solidified. If you lose them, you lose your reference and your direction. You start by holding your ground, and then advance.

Every man and woman are alone in their struggle against decline. Resist deceit, damage, decline, degeneration, and defeat. We do not do motivational coaching. We are not here to be your cheerleaders. If you are lazy, stay lazy and do not enter, or if you have then leave. Appraise, change, commit, act, and enter the Fight. That is your only way out.
