@1,450,000 THB includes Genetic and Cancer Testing and own peripheral blood stem cell collection and 20-year storage in the privacy of your own room (after the 3-month period when your stem cells will be at their prime!).

2 M THB for 6-months duration;
all inclusive (car transfers included when needed), 6 months full board stay, exercise, genetic and cancer testing, peripheral blood stem cell collection, retest blood parameters before release in the Wide Wild World. If needed to discontinue due to urgent business, refunds will be calculated minus all testing/stem cell collections (220K+650K= 870K) and on quarterly basis. Only full quarters will be refunded.
Will ONLY accept a second live-in if couple or close friends with initial live-in. Shall reside in separate rooms even if couple. Unrelated persons SHALL NOT be accepted in the compound at the same time.
Conditions
You will consent to GENETIC TESTING before (price excluded from the services below unless choosing inclusive packages).
You will consent to reside in confinement in our green compound with a full electricity back up, for the first 3 months; eased restrictions months 3-6; living ad libitum months 6-12. Our in-house facilities are located 35 km from central Bangkok. In a secluded over 2,000 sqm area, you will stay as a live-in, in your own, private quarters with full 2Gbit internet and streaming services, pool (15x5m), garden, fishpond with shaded terraces, and fully equipped snooker and TV room.
There are possibilities to work from home, even physical meetings can be organized at our facility (extra costs). There will be a contract signed and if broken, all moneys will be forfeited. You will consent to one staff always being discretely in your vicinity. You will consent to FULL Restrictions from alcohol, recreational drug, and nicotine as well as repeated testing*. The medical technologies and accredited laboratories we use can tell time, type, and duration of abuse.
*Detection forfeits moneys and annuls contract.
While on the service you will have 3 daily genetically and TDEE appropriate meals and some snacks/seasonal fruits provided to you. All are cooked by your personally appointed in-house chef and made from scratch. You may participate (desirable) in the cooking and preparations as these can be instructive in how to live your life in the free word.
You shall not consume anything from outside*.
Our State-of-the-Art Gym is equipped with an AD4 AirDyne, Rower and Skierg, and everything that you need to progress will be at Your disposal. Your genetically appropriate workouts will be composed by our Founder and executed (and recorded) by our in-house experienced trainer and our founder (when he is in).
You will have daily genetically and goal appropriate training. In early morning after your coffee and personal toilet visit and before your breakfast, a 45-min VERY easy, aerobic training (AD4/Row/Ski/easy Run around the pool) is mandated.
A nap after lunch is also mandated. In the late afternoon, your main training with our in-house trainer will take place.

You will consent to a chest strap (Options to buy Garmin devices) for heart rate and other parameter measurements. Failure to attend training forfeits moneys and annuls contract*. Only disease, diagnosed by our Founder is accepted.
You will consent to daily weighing and one initial and quarterly DEXA body scans. If ill or injured through training our own medical staff will decide the course of action; lighter viral infections or orthopedic symptoms can be dealt with on site.
You must be fully anti-SARS-CoV-2 VACCINATED and BOOSTED.
